Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of People.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team on people, culture, and organizational design
  • Design and implement a competitive total rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits
  • Build and manage the performance management lifecycle and goal-setting processes across the organization
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Experience scaling a people function at a high-growth startup from ~50 to 300+ employees
  • Hands-on experience in building total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits strategy
  • Proven track record of designing and operationalizing performance management systems
  • Experience owning a company-wide goal-setting process (OKRs, MBOs, or similar frameworks)
