Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Drive talent acquisition operations and define hiring standards
- Develop performance management systems and organizational design frameworks
- Oversee total rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits management
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in People/Talent roles with 2+ years in leadership at the Head or VP level in high-growth B2B SaaS and AI-native organizations
- Experience scaling global, remote-first companies from 100 to 500+ employees
- Strong expertise in performance management, total rewards, and learning & development
- Data-driven approach to people strategy with a focus on business outcomes
- Creative, empathetic, and business-minded with excellent communication skills
