Key Responsibilities
  • Drive talent acquisition operations and define hiring standards

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in People/Talent roles with 2+ years in leadership at the Head or VP level in high-growth B2B SaaS and AI-native organizations
  • Experience scaling global, remote-first companies from 100 to 500+ employees
  • Strong expertise in performance management, total rewards, and learning & development
  • Data-driven approach to people strategy with a focus on business outcomes
  • Creative, empathetic, and business-minded with excellent communication skills
