Vice President of People
Job Summary
To support rapid growth in a remote environment, the full-time Vice President of People will manage the development of scalable HR systems, oversee talent acquisition, and ensure the culture can be maintained as the organization expands.
Key responsibilities
- Help lay the infrastructure for HR processes to support headcount growth over the next five years
- Transform HR processes into auditable, scalable systems with defined KPIs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to source and screen exceptional talent efficiently
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in People Ops/HR, preferably in a startup environment
- Experience leading People Ops for a company with a front-line, home-based workforce
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Recent experience as an individual contributor with a hands-on attitude
- Experience in healthcare or mission-driven organizations is a plus
