Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of People and Culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of global talent strategies and programs to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee recruitment efforts and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive workplace culture
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on HR challenges and organizational change
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Certification in HR (PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Minimum of 12 years of HR experience with at least 7 years in a strategic HR leadership role
  • Experience in the Clinical Research or Life Sciences industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with proven experience in employee relations
