Job Summary
To support the next stage of organizational growth, the full-time remote Vice President of People & Culture will lead the development of core People strategies, enhance hiring quality, improve performance management, and partner with executive leadership to build scalable systems and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthening talent acquisition strategies and improving candidate evaluation processes
- Enhancing performance management systems and ensuring manager accountability across the organization
- Advising the CEO and executive team on organizational design, workforce priorities, and culture initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in People, Human Resources, or Organizational Effectiveness
- Senior leadership experience in recruiting, performance management, and employee relations
- Demonstrated ability to build or mature People infrastructure in a scaling organization
- Experience partnering with executive leadership teams and advising on talent and organizational design
