Job Summary
A company is looking for a People Enablement, Vice President to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the People Enablement strategy aligned with enterprise talent priorities
- Lead a global Learning & Organizational Development function and implement a modern learning ecosystem
- Operationalize internal mobility pathways and partner with HRBPs to create structured development pathways
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in People/HR roles with a focus on learning and organizational development
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, including global or distributed teams
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise learning ecosystems and capability-building programs
- Strong systems-thinking ability to connect programs, processes, and people into integrated solutions
- Exceptional relationship-building and influence skills
