Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Enablement, Vice President to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the People Enablement strategy aligned with enterprise talent priorities
  • Lead a global Learning & Organizational Development function and implement a modern learning ecosystem
  • Operationalize internal mobility pathways and partner with HRBPs to create structured development pathways
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in People/HR roles with a focus on learning and organizational development
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, including global or distributed teams
  • Proven ability to design and implement enterprise learning ecosystems and capability-building programs
  • Strong systems-thinking ability to connect programs, processes, and people into integrated solutions
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influence skills
