Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, People Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain standard operating procedures for Recruiting, Sourcing, and People Operations
• Partner with the People Rewards team to ensure compensation alignment for all roles
• Lead relationships with external staffing vendors to ensure effective talent flow and integration

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in managing teams through change
• Experience in creating and maintaining complex organizational processes and standards
• Background in negotiating and managing staffing agency contracts
• Expertise in HRIS and ATS platforms, with a focus on automation
• Knowledge of onboarding compliance requirements and employment eligibility regulations
