Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of People Operations to provide strategic leadership in a rapidly scaling professional services organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspire and develop the People team to deliver high-touch solutions and inclusive strategies
  • Collaborate with various teams to set strategies for hiring, growth, and retention of talent
  • Design and implement talent engagement strategies and ensure effective onboarding and training programs


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive People Operations management experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • BS/BA required; Master's preferred; PHR or SHRM certification preferred
  • Experience with complex HRIS migrations and implementing workforce development programs
  • Proven experience leading People teams of 10+ in a professional services context
  • Thorough knowledge of people operations principles and applicable federal and state regulations
