Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of People Operations to scale and elevate its People Ops functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement systems, processes, and programs for employee experience and organizational development
• Lead the People Ops team and collaborate with stakeholders to align people strategies with organizational goals
• Ensure compliance and efficiency in HR operations while enhancing employee engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive People Ops/HR experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech startup
• Deep understanding of employment best practices and compliance frameworks in the US and Canada
• Proven ability to design and operationalize onboarding, offboarding, and performance systems
• Experience managing HRIS and people programs
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational transformation
