Key Responsibilities

Manage all HR operations including onboarding, compliance, and policy administration for a remote workforce
Oversee Talent Acquisition and drive hiring strategy, compensation benchmarking, and employee engagement initiatives
Serve as a strategic advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design

Required Qualifications

8-15+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field
Experience supporting companies through scaleup stages (100-500+ employees)
Proven ability to operate across the full HR spectrum
Hands-on experience with benefits administration and managing terminations
