Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of People Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all HR operations including onboarding, compliance, and policy administration for a remote workforce
  • Oversee Talent Acquisition and drive hiring strategy, compensation benchmarking, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design


Required Qualifications
  • 8-15+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field
  • Experience supporting companies through scaleup stages (100-500+ employees)
  • Proven ability to operate across the full HR spectrum
  • Hands-on experience with benefits administration and managing terminations
