Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all HR operations including onboarding, compliance, and policy administration for a remote workforce
- Oversee Talent Acquisition and drive hiring strategy, compensation benchmarking, and employee engagement initiatives
- Serve as a strategic advisor on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design
Required Qualifications
- 8-15+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field
- Experience supporting companies through scaleup stages (100-500+ employees)
- Proven ability to operate across the full HR spectrum
- Hands-on experience with benefits administration and managing terminations
