Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Vice President of People Operations & Experience, this full-time remote role will define and lead a scalable People Operations roadmap, enhance employee experience, and drive technology-enabled transformation across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement a People Operations and Experience roadmap aligned with business strategy and workforce needs
- Establish operating models, service standards, and success metrics for People Operations and Experience
- Champion technology integration, including AI-enabled workflows and people analytics, to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Significant progressive experience in People/HR leadership, particularly in People Operations and Employee Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Talent Management, Learning & Development, and leadership development
- Experience with HR technology, people analytics, and digital transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to redesign operating models and build scalable systems
- Strong executive partnership skills with a focus on connecting People investments to business outcomes
