Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, People & Organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for people-related initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
• Lead the design and execution of the strategic HR plan and overall people strategy
• Oversee people-related financial management and drive fiscal responsibility

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Senior executive experience in complex organizations to drive people strategy
• Strong working knowledge of functional HR areas, including Total Rewards and Talent Management
• Experience in risk mitigation and managing sensitive associate relations issues
