Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Senior executive experience in complex organizations to drive people strategy
- Strong working knowledge of functional HR areas, including Total Rewards and Talent Management
- Experience in risk mitigation and managing sensitive associate relations issues
