Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Senior executive experience in complex organizations to drive people strategy
  • Strong working knowledge of functional HR areas, including Total Rewards and Talent Management
  • Experience in risk mitigation and managing sensitive associate relations issues
