Vice President of People Relations
Job Summary
Leading the global People Business Partners and Employee Relations functions, the full-time remote Vice President of People Relations will define strategies, build high-performing teams, and serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational decisions and workforce strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Define the strategy, structure, and operating model for global PBP and ER functions, challenging legacy assumptions
- Build and develop high-performing PBP and ER teams, ensuring accountability and impact delivery
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce strategy and organizational design to align resources with top priorities
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive People leadership experience in complex, global technology organizations
- Significant experience leading a global PBP organization and building high-performing teams
- Experience in Employee Relations, including handling sensitive investigations and executive-level matters
- Demonstrated ability to partner with C-suite executives, maintaining independent judgment
- Deep expertise in organizational consulting, effectiveness, and strategic workforce planning
