Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of People Team Technology and Insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the strategic vision for People Technology and Analytics
• Oversee the People Technology team and manage the technology portfolio, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Champion the People Analytics and Insights function, translating business questions into actionable analytics projects and building a multi-year analytics strategy

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in enterprise HR technology, particularly Workday HCM
• Experience leading and optimizing enterprise learning management systems
• Strong leadership in people analytics and experience developing data-driven recommendations
• Fluency in AI and emerging technology trends applicable to People functions
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
