Job Summary

To lead the global People technology strategy and digital transformation, the full-time Vice President of People Technology, Strategy, & Innovation will manage a multi-year roadmap for HR technology and AI capabilities, collaborating with senior HR leaders and overseeing a diverse application portfolio in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year People Systems roadmap aligned with corporate AI and data strategies
  • Lead AI initiatives within HR, including workforce analytics and talent acquisition intelligence, while ensuring responsible adoption
  • Serve as the primary technology advisor to senior HR stakeholders, presenting strategies and driving consensus on HR technology priorities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior HR technology roles
  • Deep experience with Workday HCM and managing complex HR technology ecosystems
  • Proven track record in delivering multi-stakeholder HR technology transformation programs
  • Experience driving AI adoption within HR functions and familiarity with HR data privacy requirements
