Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Performance Marketing to lead and scale global growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global performance marketing strategy for customer acquisition and activation
• Oversee paid media efforts across various channels and optimize customer acquisition costs and return on ad spend
• Build and manage a diverse team of growth marketers and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer journeys

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in DTC or digital health
• Proven success in scaling marketing programs internationally with a focus on ROI
• Strong analytical mindset and experience managing large marketing budgets
• Knowledge of mental health or healthcare industries is a plus
