A company is looking for a VP of Performance Marketing to lead and scale its growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Own digital demand generation and optimize performance media strategy to enhance ROI and conversion
• Define and scale local marketing strategies for the franchise network, ensuring effective collaboration with corporate partners
• Lead agency partners in media mix strategy and budget allocation to maximize business impact

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation
• Experience partnering with or managing inside sales or contact center operations
• Deep understanding of modern MarTech stacks and attribution modeling
• Proven track record of building and scaling a high-performing growth engine
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
