Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full P&L accountability for DTC new customer revenue and scale daily Meta spend to $100K+
- Lead the creative strategy team to produce and test a high volume of ad variants weekly
- Implement a statistical testing framework and ensure alignment between ad messaging and landing pages
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing $100K+/day Meta spend on a single brand
- Strong background in data-driven decision making and performance management
- Proficient in creative production and testing methodologies
- Ability to build and maintain financial models related to customer acquisition costs
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team effectively
