Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Personal Lines division, ensuring growth and profitability
• Establish underwriting governance and risk management practices while enhancing product and pricing strategies
• Optimize operations and customer experience through technology initiatives and improved workflows

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Personal Lines with progressive leadership roles
• Proven P&L leadership with a successful track record in strategy execution
• Depth in product design, rating/segmentation, and regulatory engagement
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Professional designations such as CPCU are preferred
