Vice President of Physician RCM

Job Summary

Strategic and results-driven, the full-time Vice President of Physician RCM will oversee financial management, revenue cycle operations, and people management, while ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver on P&L targets, overseeing budgeting and financial planning to ensure profitability
• Manage day-to-day revenue cycle operations and implement processes to enhance productivity and performance
• Attract, retain, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 8-10+ years of experience in RCM or healthcare operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare reimbursement systems and revenue cycle KPIs
• Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving financial and operational targets
• Experience with RCM platforms and automation tools is a plus
