Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Physician RCM Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations for assigned physician enterprise and ambulatory portfolios
• Drive operational excellence across professional billing, charge capture, AR, and denials management
• Establish a culture of accountability, performance transparency, and continuous improvement within large, multi-layered teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 12 years of experience, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership or management role
• Deep expertise in Physician Revenue Cycle Management, including professional billing and ambulatory operations
• Proven experience leading large, complex teams, including Senior Director level leaders
• Demonstrated success driving automation, cost optimization, and operational transformation
