Vice President of Platform Quality

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Platform Quality & Stability to lead quality engineering and platform reliability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the QA and platform stability vision aligned with company goals
• Overhaul legacy QA approaches with an automation-first mindset and establish robust automated testing frameworks
• Own production readiness and collaborate on refining the release process to ensure high-quality deployments

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, QA, or platform operations, with 7+ years in executive leadership roles
• Proven success in modernizing and scaling QA/test engineering practices in high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in automated testing, performance/load testing, and continuous delivery
• Hands-on experience with modern toolchains (e.g., K6, Selenium, Jenkins, Kubernetes)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
