Vice President of PMO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, PMO - Enterprise Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of workflow redesign initiatives aligned with strategic objectives
• Partner with senior executives to shape transformation strategy and guide investment decisions
• Build or optimize PMO operating model, governance, reporting, and delivery standards

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in program management, PMO leadership, or enterprise transformation
• Proven success in large-scale process redesign
• Experience building PMO functions with governance and portfolio management
• Strong executive presence and advisory capability
• Consulting or interim leadership experience with rapid impact delivery
