Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of critical business workflow redesign initiatives aligned with strategic objectives

  • Establish and optimize a high-performing PMO function, ensuring accountability and execution excellence


Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or enterprise transformation roles
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Experience in building or transforming PMO functions, including governance and delivery standards
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence leadership on strategy and prioritization
  • Consulting or interim leadership experience with the ability to drive measurable impact
