Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or enterprise transformation roles
- Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Experience in building or transforming PMO functions, including governance and delivery standards
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence leadership on strategy and prioritization
- Consulting or interim leadership experience with the ability to drive measurable impact
