Job Summary

Providing strategic direction and leadership, the full-time salaried Vice President of PMO will oversee project management functions, align projects with organizational goals, and drive continuous improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and implement the strategic vision for the PMO while promoting a culture of excellence in project management
  • Oversee the project portfolio to ensure strategic alignment, optimal resource utilization, and effective governance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project management professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and innovation
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable
  • 20+ years of experience in project management, with significant experience in a senior leadership role
  • Extensive experience managing large, complex projects and programs, preferably in a consulting or technology services company
  • Expertise in advanced project management methodologies and practices, including portfolio and program management
  • Strong skills in strategic financial planning and budgeting, with proficiency in financial risk management and analysis
