Vice President of Policy Assurance

Job Summary

Leading a global policy assurance department, the full-time Vice President of Policy Assurance will ensure compliance with product and regional standards, manage teams focused on KYC, policy vetting, and content monitoring, while leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead high-performing teams responsible for KYC evaluations, product vetting, and traffic monitoring
• Implement and align policies across products and regions to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
• Manage the Policy Assurance budget and develop strategies to optimize resource use and reduce operational expenses

Required qualifications

• 12 to 15+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Product Policy, Compliance Assurance, or Fraud Operations within the SaaS, CPaaS, or telecommunications industry
• 7 to 10+ years of senior management experience directing large, cross-functional teams
• Deep operational knowledge of KYC workflows and policy enforcement at scale
• Experience partnering with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to implement regulatory frameworks
• Proven track record of managing substantial departmental budgets and third-party compliance vendors
