Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Post Closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee correspondent loan purchase reviews across delegated and non-delegated channels
• Serve as the final decision-maker on loan purchase eligibility and defect resolution
• Ensure compliance with investor, agency, regulatory, and internal policy requirements prior to loan purchase

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive mortgage operations experience, particularly in correspondent lending
• Proven leadership experience in managing correspondent loan purchase reviews
• Strong expertise in post-closing processes, including collateral management and MERS compliance
• Comprehensive knowledge of investor and agency guidelines (e.g., FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA)
• Experience with audit, quality control, or operational risk management is preferred
