Vice President of Pricing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain pricing, projection, and underwriting models for level-funded health products
• Drive the development of innovative pricing algorithms and oversee operationalization at scale
• Serve as a key liaison across teams to ensure cohesive execution of pricing and risk strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) strongly preferred; minimum ASA required
• 12+ years of progressive actuarial experience in employer-sponsored health plans
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with underwriting teams on pricing strategies
• Strong technical background in actuarial modeling and financial forecasting
• Proficiency with actuarial software and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, SAS, Python)
