Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain flexible, competitive pricing models tailored to various service lines
- Conduct market and competitor pricing analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Establish and lead a deal desk function to manage non-standard pricing and commercial risk
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, enterprise sales operations, or consulting
- Proven experience in a B2B technology or software services company
- Holder of an MBA or relevant advanced degree (preferred)
- Experience in value-based selling or outcome-based pricing (preferred)
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, CPQ systems, and pricing software (preferred)
