Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction for pricing and product operations, the full-time Vice President of Pricing Strategy will oversee the pricing architecture, build the product operations team, and drive revenue growth through innovative pricing models and commercial strategies in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the operating system of the Product organization, including strategic planning, KPI frameworks, and release governance
- Set the long-term vision for pricing strategy, including AI monetization and annual price increase programs, while ensuring alignment with financial outcomes
- Collaborate with the CPO to shape the multi-year commercial product strategy, focusing on packaging evolution and competitive intelligence
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in pricing strategy, product management, or revenue operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of leading pricing or commercial strategy functions that resulted in measurable business outcomes
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing decisions across multiple departments
- Deep understanding of SaaS commercial architecture and quantitative pricing methods
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams in a high-growth software environment
