Vice President of Primary Servicing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Primary Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and reporting obligations for commercial real estate loan portfolios
• Manage staff workflow, research requests, and training of new team members
• Analyze legal documents and ensure compliance with servicing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 2+ years in an AVP role
• Experience in commercial real estate, cash management, loan servicing, or escrow management preferred
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with industry-related software systems
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as a team player
