Vice President of Primary Servicing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Primary Servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and reporting obligations for clients' portfolios of commercial real estate loans
• Manage research requests and support the asset management team in addressing inquiries
• Train new team members and ensure timely completion of daily task assignments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in an AVP level role
• Experience in commercial real estate, cash management, loan servicing, or escrow management preferred
• Strong Excel skills and high comfort level with industry-related software systems
• Ability to multitask and maintain a high degree of professionalism
