Vice President of Processing

Job Summary

Leading all Retail Processing operations, the full-time Vice President of Processing will ensure timely and accurate loan approvals, drive operational strategy, and enhance performance through data and emerging technologies in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs loan processing functions to ensure timely, accurate approvals and closings
• Establishes KPIs and accountability standards across processing teams while monitoring pipeline performance
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and partners with IT and Product teams for system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in mortgage operations, with at least 7 years in leadership roles
• Proven ability to lead large-scale loan processing operations and establish service-level agreements
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, including TRID and FHA/HUD guidelines
• Strong experience in operational reporting and analytics to inform decision-making
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
