Vice President of Procurement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a 3+ year Procurement roadmap aligned with long-range growth plans
• Lead and develop a high-performing Procurement team while fostering a culture of food safety and quality
• Scale and diversify the supplier base to support significant volume growth and ensure service reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the protein/meat industry with senior leadership experience
• Experience in dynamic domestic and global commodity markets
• Demonstrated experience leading Procurement transformational initiatives
• Ability to travel to supplier locations domestically and internationally
