Vice President of Procurement

Job Summary

Leading enterprise strategic sourcing and supplier delivery activities, the full-time Vice President of Procurement will manage procurement lifecycle processes, partner with business units to maximize supplier value, and develop a centralized procurement strategy in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop a competitive strategic goods and services sourcing and supplier delivery function
• Manage the procurement lifecycle and execute the annual procurement strategy and plan
• Lead supplier onboarding and integration while identifying cost savings and performance improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Experience with modern sourcing, contracting, and procurement systems
• In-depth knowledge of strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier delivery practices
• Strong negotiation skills for commercial deals, including business process outsourcing (BPO)
• Deep industry experience in health care and knowledge of the health care supply chain
• Innovative mindset with the ability to drive change through cross-functional leadership
