Vice President of Procurement

Job Summary

To lead a transformative procurement and vendor management function, the full-time salaried Vice President of Procurement will assess current practices, design a data-driven strategy for vendor selection and cost optimization, and build a globally scaled organization with a strong presence in Bengaluru.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year procurement strategy while establishing governance and spend control frameworks
• Own vendor strategy across key spend categories, leading negotiations and driving measurable cost savings
• Design procurement processes and partner with Finance Systems to ensure an effective procure-to-pay ecosystem

Required qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
• Proven track record in driving cost savings and developing vendor strategies
• Experience building procurement functions in environments with $200M-$1B+ in spend
• Strong negotiation skills and expertise in vendor consolidation
• Familiarity with modern procurement and travel & expense tools
