Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the product and engineering functions
• Drive the design and execution of internal tools, external portals, and payer integrations
• Lead the development of systems for partner-facing reporting, clinical performance tracking, and care coordination

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in product, engineering, or platform leadership in healthcare or related industries
• Experience with care delivery, technology, and payer systems
• Strong background in building and scaling data platforms and reporting frameworks
• Familiarity with interoperability protocols and healthcare compliance requirements
• Experience implementing or managing AI-driven solutions is a strong plus
