Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the long-term product vision and roadmap, embedding AI-native innovation
• Drive product-led growth initiatives and develop scalable monetization strategies
• Lead roadmap execution in partnership with Engineering and maintain operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a proven track record in product leadership roles within B2B SaaS
• Experience scaling product organizations in growth-stage companies (50-250+ employees)
• Hands-on experience building or scaling AI-native products
• Expertise in driving product-led growth and monetization strategies in subscription-based SaaS
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills for Board and investor interactions
