Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product - CRM Platform to lead the strategy and execution of a hospitality CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the long-term vision and product strategy for the CRM platform
• Own the strategy and development of the core CRM platform, ensuring enterprise-scale data management and compliance
• Lead product innovation around customer data platforms and AI-driven customer engagement capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in SaaS platforms or CRM technologies
• Proven experience building and scaling CRM, CDP, or marketing automation platforms
• Strong understanding of customer data architecture and SaaS platform design
• Demonstrated experience with AI-powered product capabilities and data-driven personalization
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-growing SaaS organizations
