Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Product to own its product strategy and lead execution.

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Build and grow a high-performing Product and Design team while collaborating with Engineering leadership
• Develop expertise in the market and customer needs through engagement with brokers and partners

• Strong understanding of AI and its application in product development
• Experience in navigating trade-offs between speed, quality, and scalability with engineering teams
