Vice President of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Product to lead and grow a team of product managers and UX designers, overseeing the full product experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers and UX designers
• Define and drive the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategic goals
• Champion the product and its users across the organization, ensuring product considerations are represented at the leadership level

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile products, including 3 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated track record of taking new products from zero to market and driving adoption at scale
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and design while maintaining quality standards
• Data-driven decision-maker with experience defining and tracking product KPIs
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
