Vice President of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Product to lead product management and UX design teams, defining the product roadmap and ensuring quality across all products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and UX designers, overseeing hiring and performance management
• Own the prioritization, scoping, and scheduling process for product and feature work, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals
• Define and drive the product roadmap, translating market opportunities and customer insights into actionable plans

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile products, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of launching new products and driving their adoption at scale
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams while maintaining quality standards
• Data-driven decision-maker with experience in defining and tracking product KPIs
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
