Vice President of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Product - Mid-Cycle and Backend RCM Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the mid-cycle and backend RCM portfolio
• Lead the roadmap for coding, billing, payment posting, AR & denials, and analytics to improve efficiency and financial performance
• Develop and manage a team of product managers and analysts, promoting a culture of accountability and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 12-18 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology and RCM
• 8+ years in product management or leadership roles
• Proven track record of building and scaling RCM software products, preferably multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Deep understanding of mid-cycle and backend processes, including coding, billing, and analytics
