Vice President of Product

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the remote full-time Vice President of Product will define the product roadmap, ensure quality across all products, and drive strategic initiatives while collaborating closely with engineering and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and UX designers, managing hiring and performance
• Own the prioritization, scoping, and scheduling of product and feature work, balancing short-term and long-term goals
• Define and drive the product roadmap based on market opportunities, customer insights, and business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile products, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of launching new products and driving adoption at scale
• Experience in defining and communicating product vision to align cross-functional teams
• Strong partnership experience with engineering and design teams, maintaining quality standards
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
