Vice President of Product

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing national firm, the full-time remote Vice President of Product will lead the development of an AI-enabled platform, manage a team of Technical Product Managers, and drive product execution to enhance client experiences and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the build of a custom AI-enabled CRM and oversee the development of a client-facing portal
• Manage the migration from Salesforce and Filevine to integrated internal tools
• Coach and develop a team of Technical Product Managers to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with firm goals

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing other PMs
• Proven track record of shipping AI-powered or AI-integrated products
• Experience driving large-scale platform migrations or greenfield builds
• Strong product intuition with a focus on user experience
• A team-first leader with a bias toward building and executing over planning
