Job Summary

Leading a talented team in a full-time salaried capacity, the Vice President of Product, Practice Management will define and execute the product vision and strategy for practice management tools, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and automation within the SimplePractice platform.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the Practice Management domain, aligning with growth objectives
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers while establishing a high-performance culture
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences and track key performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading high-performing product teams
• Demonstrated success in managing complex product domains, ideally in healthcare or healthtech
• Experience in driving product-led growth into new customer segments in a B2B environment
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of building trust with executives and cross-functional partners
• Strong ability to hire, develop, and retain top product talent while maintaining high standards for operational excellence
