Vice President of Product

Job Summary

Leading the product organization remotely, the full-time Vice President of Product will co-create strategy, manage a multi-product portfolio, and drive market success through collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Co-create product strategy and translate it into a coherent multi-product roadmap in partnership with the Chief Product & Technology Officer and executive team
• Lead and grow the product management and user research teams, ensuring high standards for craft, judgment, and outcomes
• Conduct rigorous customer discovery and track the competitive landscape to inform product decisions and align cross-functional partners

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at the Senior Director or VP level
• Experience scaling product teams in vertical SaaS or specialized domains, including shipping AI-native products
• Multi-product portfolio management experience, including prioritization and investment trade-offs
• Demonstrated impact on commercial outcomes through effective packaging, monetization, and go-to-market strategies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; an advanced degree is a plus
