Vice President of Product

Job Summary

Leading the product organization in a full-time remote capacity, the Vice President of Product will define and execute a bold vision for financial products aimed at improving the lives of underserved consumers while managing cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a product vision aligned with company goals for customer acquisition, engagement, and monetization
• Translate company priorities into actionable product investments and resource decisions while developing a roadmap of features
• Build and lead a world-class product and design team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in scaling consumer products
• 3+ years of product leadership experience in an early-stage technology company
• 5+ years of experience working with consumer mobile products
• Strong understanding of consumer business economics, including conversion, retention, and monetization
• Proven ability to make data-informed decisions while understanding user engagement intuitively
