Job Summary

To support a growing Flooring & Industrial division, the full-time salaried Vice President of Product will lead product portfolio management, innovation, market strategy, and commercialization, driving revenue growth and competitive advantage in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product strategy and portfolio roadmap to accelerate growth and improve profitability
• Lead innovation initiatives by translating customer insights into differentiated products and solutions
• Strengthen market positioning through deep customer understanding and effective pricing strategies
