Vice President of Product

Job Summary

Leading product strategy and cross-functional initiatives, the full-time salaried Vice President of Product will drive the transformation of LogMeIn Resolve into a unified endpoint management platform while managing a 15+ person team and collaborating with various departments in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the multi-year product vision and roadmap for Resolve, focusing on various IT management aspects
• Lead the agentic AI strategy to position Resolve as a leader in AI-powered IT automation
• Engage with customers and represent Resolve in executive forums and industry events

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 3-5+ years in a senior director or VP role, ideally with P&L accountability
• Experience scaling a B2B SaaS product through growth and change
• Background in IT management or related enterprise infrastructure categories
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams toward measurable business outcomes
• Experience with AI product development and familiarity with the MSP channel dynamics
